Long distance relationships might work if you’ve already spent lots of time together. If it’s a new relationship, long distance will be the death of it. There’s ego, misunderstandings, language, semantics, mind-fuck, external factors like friends and family and the whole ‘no-touch’ business that will ruin it. When it’s new, you also don’t really know the other person all that well. Spending more time together within touch-proximity ensures you’re more in tune with eachother’s personalities and behavior. As much as possible, no long-distance.
